Unfortunately, clients who purchase a recurring subscription through Pricing Plans cannot update their credit card details on their own. To edit the details, the plan must be canceled and purchased again.

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your profile page and selecting the Cancel Membership otion. 

 

You'll receive an email confirmation that the cancellation was successful.

 

Once you cancel your account you will retain access to the Business Club until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin anytime in the future!

 

Please cancel at least 2 days BEFORE your next payment is due and avoid leaving it to the last minute so you are not charged for the coming month.

Your membership automatically renews 30 days from your original purchase date. If you cancel, your monthly access will be available for the remainder of your paid term. Your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. Should you wish to come back in the future, we’ll be happy to have you!

We accept payment from all major credit /debit cards. We also accept Paypal.

Making financial changes to your PayPal account such as credit cards expiring or changing your banking information will cancel your monthly membership subscriptions. This is a not something we can control nor can we update it for you.

Note: If you were paying a different rate than our current price AND your subscription was canceled within the last 7 days, please contact customer service/issue a support ticket. Once we verify your details, we will try to reinstate you at the previous rate. If it has been more than 7 days since the cancellation, you will need to re-subscribe at the current rate.
